How do you price your services?
Pricing is tailored to scope, timeline, and engagement model. Most clients start with a fixed-price assessment ($10,000 minimum) that delivers a standalone roadmap. Ongoing engagements are monthly support agreements where you only pay for what you use and can scale to zero at any time. We are transparent about costs and will tell you if a project does not justify the investment.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. Most relationships begin with a focused assessment or proof of concept, typically 2-4 weeks. The assessment is designed to deliver standalone value: even if you never engage us again, you walk away with a clear understanding of your data landscape and a prioritized roadmap. What information should I have ready for our first call?
